After School Care Program, Latchkey

HALF DAYS

After-school care is NOT provided on Half-Days.

HOLIDAY AND SCHOOL CLOSURES

OLGC Latchkey Program follows the school’s calendar. If the school closes because of weather or building problems, OLGC Latchkey Program will also be closed.

COMMUNICATION WITH FAMILIES

The After-School Care program uses Classroom Dojo to communicate with families. The program can be downloaded to your phone. You will receive the link once you are registered for the program.

LATE FEE

A $1.00 late fee (per child) is charged for every minute past 5:30 p.m. This fee will be added to your billing statement. Please let us know if you are anticipating being late so staff are aware and can reduce your child’s anxiety. If late pick-ups become frequent, we will not be able to provide service and will drop your child from the program.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

If you have more than one child enrolled in the OLGC Latchkey Program you will receive a 10% discount for additional siblings.
