What is the Fall Bash?
A fun-filled evening to celebrate our school with excellent food and fellowship. There is a live and silent auction as well to help us in our fundraising.
What role do parents play in the Fall Bash?
Parents are our greatest resource to make the Fall Bash a success. Parents can help us by:
- Donating Auction Items from our Wish List
- Volunteering the evening of the event
- Attending the event
- Encouraging others to participate and help us spread the word
What opportunities are there for me to give?

Silent Auction items: bid on from home or at the event
Live auction: bid on items at the event
What are the opportunities for sponsorship?
How do I participate in the Fall Bash?
- Attend the Fall Bash - purchase tickets!
- Donate auction items - you or your business can donate products and services for our silent auction. Or donate an item from our Amazon Wish List.
- Become a Sponsor - you or your business can financially donate at various sponsorship levels.
- Bid Online - if you can’t attend, you can still register to bid online from home for the silent auction.
- Volunteer - many helping hands are needed, please contact Jen Busser to volunteer at fundraising@olgcparish.net
- Before the Bash Events: Come, for fellowship and to bring an item from our amazon wish list.
- Tell a Friend: invite others to participate
What are we raising money for?
Main Fall Bash Priority
- Every year, there is a main school priority area we are raising money for.
- Past years have included: science lab, parking lot fence and playscape, renovation of a classroom
In addition, fundraising supports:
- Student scholarship through the OLGC Catholic Education Fund
- Updates to our internet infrastructure
- Instructional materials and technology
- Operational budget needs of the school
