LEADER IN ME
Leadership is communicating people's worth and potential so clearly that they are inspired to see it themselves. – Stephen R. CoveyThe top skillsets that parents, teachers and business leaders are looking for include: accountability, adaptability, initiative/self-direction, cross-cultural skills, responsibility, problem solving, communication, creativity and teamwork. By learning about the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, students are taught to be leaders in their daily lives, which will in turn help fulfill our mission of being leaders in the community to transform the culture we live in and make a positive impact on our world.
These habits easily tie in with the virtues we seek to live by each day. Students may be recognized for virtuous leadership behavior through Good PCFs (Parent Communication Forms), phone calls home, on announcements, and in the weekly school newsletter “Crusader Connection.”
